This series of pre-assembled manifolds includes: supply main pipe with branch pipes equipped with flow meter integrated control valves; return main pipe with branch pipes equipped with temperature control valves compatible with thermostatic electric actuators for automatic temperature control.

Structural features:
a. Supply Main Pipe:
Each branch of the supply main pipe is equipped with a flow meter integrated control valve.
The conical piston of the control valve can accurately adjust the flow rate of the branch. The actual flow rate of the branch can be displayed on the flow meter with a scale of 1-5 liters per minute.
Advantages: This flow control method is intuitive and convenient, without the need to refer to flow rate charts. After adjusting the flow rate, the red adjustment cap can be closed to lock the set value, avoiding human-induced adjustments.

b. Return Main Pipe:
Each branch of the return main pipe is equipped with a temperature control valve that can be closed using a handle. The handle of the temperature control valve can be replaced with a thermostatic electric actuator, which can be connected to an indoor thermostat to achieve automatic temperature control for the specific area.
Advantages: The outlet of the manifold adopts an active connection design compared to integral forging, making it easier to disassemble and clean. The valve core benefits from a high-position drainage advantage, effectively preventing the entry of sediment and impurities from the centralized heating system into the floor heating pipeline, thus extending the service life.
